Project S finally revealed?
Quick update from work (Yes, I'm still here!). During a presentation featuring Shinji Mikami, Hideo Kojima and Goichi Suda, courtesy of Grasshopper Manufacture, a certain incident might have finally shed some light on the much-talked about Project S, the rumoured collaboration between Kojima and Suda. Here's the bit from 1UP's account of the event:
So, it is what everyone suspected after all. No knowing whether it'll still be on the Wii, though. Both, Suda and Kojima have said they would like to work on the Xbox 360, and Suda also stated that he'd like for his next game to include an online multiplayer experience. Both those would indicate the 360 is the best bet for Snatcher, but you never know.
Many thanks to Blad for the heads up!
Meanwhile, Mikami's first encounter with Kojima's work was Metal Gear Solid -- however, he personally likes Snatcher more. Kojima and Suda 51 both reacted, "Ah yes, Snatcher," alluding to something. "Oh, should we announce it here?" "Maybe later, during Hidechan Radio?" (The show later lead to the live recording of Hidechan Radio by Kojima Productions).

I found some more info on Junker HQ:
Fortunately Project-Itoh was kind enough to give us some extra information about what the project really is:
* This is the famous "Project S" that Kojima and Suda have beed talking about.
* It is a "web-radio-drama" (Japanese only...)
* It may be a Snatcher prequel, before Gillian came to Neo-Kobe.
* The protagonist is Jean Jack Gibson.
* Suda Gohichi will write the script, status is first-draft.
So there you have it the platform is radio…
Web-radio-drama...? It boggles the mind. And Japanese only? That sucks! Thanks a ton for the update though, Cruds.
