Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix scans

Wow, there's a ton of good scans today. Final Fantasy Republic has a nice scan of Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix as well as a re-make of Chain of Memories (originally on the GBA) for the PS2.
