It's a Flash (as in SWF) Game, and if you manage to get a Flashplayer on the DS, and load to animations to it, you can play it.
But I doubt the DS can hold several hundered MB of Data Oo
The best part is all the idiot wapanese on Kotaku with their half-assed "translations" of the title.
The name is "Hizashi no naka no REAL", that much they have right, but it is NOT "The real insides of Hizashi". For a start that is completely contrary to the grammar of the name, proving once again that 5 episodes of Bleach is not enough to teach you Japanese. "Hizashi" isn't even a damn name, either. "Hizashi no naka" means "In the afternoon sun," and the name in full would translate to something like "Reality in the light of the afternoon sun" or something similar. the "real" is just Engrish to make it look cool.
